As im sure you all know, Nintendo has been taking down rom sites like a certain well known "paradise". Wii U USB helper seems to basically be useless now as well. So with that in consideration, do you think a cease and desist lawsuit will be filed against who host the wii exploit site?

they cant do anything about it theres nothing there they own and nothing infringing on there property

Not sure why you'd think im a cop. I've modded like, over a hundred wii's. Its just something i've considered might be on the chopping block.

I mean at this point, why would they? Isn't the Wii Shop shut down, as well as all the wii multiplayer servers? It's honestly not worth dedicating any time to it.

Wii Shop closes down next year IIRC, multiplayer closed a few years ago (not sure why they did so early when PS3 and 360's online is still going strong).

They had outsourced a component of the service to gamespy, a service which subsequently closed down and took things with it.

There's nothing in any of WiiBrew's content that violates any laws. They were very careful to disallow that. There is no cause for anyone to shut it down.
