PS1/2 No Browser and Configuration Menu PS2 Fat

Hello, all

My ps2 fat will boot & show the start screen,( towers ) But no Browser and Configuration Menu screen (just black), i can play games. disc boot fine. but no system screen. No way i can set any setting. i'm at a lost of what to do. thank you for your time.,

I assume you tried without memory cards and HDD?
Is your console chipped?

It could be a bad ROM or EEPROM (though neither are common - especially to fail in just this way - nor really fixable compared to the price of another fully moddable PS2)

Hi, not chipped, And tried it without memory cards. No hdd in it. thanks

Try with the console and nothing in it (dvd, hdd) and no memory cards
