Nintendo makes the certs. This doesn't unban a banned cert but let's you try to mask the ban by using an unbanned cert but two identical certs trying to go online will result in both consoles getting (re)banned.

It is not advised sharing certs. The superbans are good further reason to never trust anyone with your cert.

Yeah, sharing LFCS_B on 3DS was something you could do on the 3DS and they didnt bother to ban shared ones after a while.
On the Switch however this isnt going to work at all... and those CDN bans are crazy.

I guess the only way to unban yourself is to not get banned in the first place lmao
