Yes as far as I am aware. The latest Pokemon Quest Update didnt change stuff that would interfer with the SaveEditor, so you are safe to update
(I tested it aswell, and it still works)

Let's say, the update introduced a new way to save. What will happen to the people running the old save? Ofc there will be a way to "import" your old save. Therefore hacked saves from 1.0 will always work. The question should be instead (if this was the case) will you update your tool to a newer version of the save.

I tried to edit a 330 attack stone (basic value 74, I put 250 to see what would happen) and it turned into 0 lol
I guess I'll have to wait to edit stones.
Another question... To edit the amount of Legendary Shell I have to unlock it first, right?

For the ingredient question: you currently have to own at least 1 of the Item you want to get before you can increase its amount.

This means that

This shows me that your reader might be reading in the wrong endian, or starting st the wrong Byte.
1025 in hex is 0x00000401
Stored as 01040000
1024 is 0x400
This proves that again.

Probably have to do with me exporting wrong (but in the margin of okay for the game) and then when retrying to load it cant handle the "okayish" exported save...my programming is not stable at all haha I will check back

Will you know how to do like "BOTW-Save-Editor-GUI" and "EdiZon", meaning, can directly edit backup only by launching the homebrew directly on Switch ?

@xSillusx, Like I say, you need to change 3 number for changing value of stone (93th, 94th and 97th numbers). And it's work fine :
