Hello from New York USA. :)

Welcome to GBA Temp from... some server on the internet :P

Hope you enjoy your stay in the video game community (Mostly of hackers) :ninja:

You can't hack people unless you mean brain washing. O_o
Err... not much I can say to that other than you are so very wrong. The general umbrella term is social engineering and it is also a good choice if you wanted a good starting search term. There are some wishy washy aspects like NLP (neuro linguistic programming) but the general concept is sound. The human mind is predictable and social structures do a lot more to help that. If you know what you are doing then you can take advantage of that very happily.

Classic example. If a customer interaction is not going well then many people will try to escalate things. At times like that policy might be "capitulate" and at that point you have gained more than you would have had you acted normally/calmly.

Short video, far better options available if you want

We can start another thread on the matter if you want rather than cluttering up someone's introduction thread.

I don't mind. I actually know AND love the S/E subject. It's just that I meant my account and not me, but I did know about "hacking people". Like getting free beer, or getting someone to vote for you tapping into their emotional side of the brain.
