I know I’ve seen a thread about this somewhere but I couldn’t find it. My home brew launcher isn’t finding any of my home brew I tried every thing I have a the nros in the root , and in /switch but every time I open it, it’s just blank. Is this just a sx problem or is it something else.

It's a known problem with macOS. Have you tried reformatting the card in Windows and then copying the files over?

I am having same problem. I have HBMENU.NRO on the root of my SD card. When I go to load, I hold R and hit albums, it just loads the the main switch os back. Holding L works fine, it launches album with all my screenshots. Not holding anything, it launches the game library with all my games. Holding R, nothing just cycles back. Does not load homebrew menu.

Anyone have any suggestions? I have tried formatting my sd card. I removed all my games. Only had the NRO file on the root, nothing else. Still doesn't load.

I formatted my sx card and downloaded all the file again and it worked

Did it. I even tried another SD card and still nothing. Multiple times formatted sd card. Re-downloaded the .NRO file and two different sd cards. Still not loading. Doesn't make sense.

What's the brand of the cards? I've read that the switch rely's on certain read speeds, and refuse the card if it doesnt suite them.

Put the hbmenu.nro in the root of your sd and then make a folder called "switch" to put other homebrew .nro apps into.

Case sensitive small letters.

I had it flick back until I properly named the files on mine too.

Still doesn't work.

I took another 128gig from work and now it loads fine. So on the third SD card I tried it on it works/loads fine. I moved the same files from that working SD card to the 2 that don't work same file structure just copy and pasted to root and they still don't work. It just cycles back to the main menu.

I don't know but at least got it working. Third times a charm.

I'm glad you got it working. What a pain for 2 cards to be acting up like that =(
