Yeah, but if i will clear it,it will trigger a red flag or is there any tool to delete specific error
Like I said, there is only evidence against using it on 5.X causing a red flag. Lower firmwares so far don't seem to have this problem. People who have been banned despite using this may have had ban-worthy data that was not cleared by this. There are also no other tools to wipe error reports. The safest possible thing I can think of is making a NAND backup prior to any hacks that you can restore before going online.

The only problem with that evidence is that lower firmwares do not have access to eshop or online to confirm a ban

error 2345-0021 Libnx fail is going to be a common error for anyone using homebrew or the sx os I've gotten it 2 times offline so still no ban

I had the same error 3 days before but nothing until today.i mean no ban

So you are implying the error code got you banned and nothing else?

Lower firmwares can mitigate this by clearing the logs on that firmware then booting up completely normally to update to the latest firmware subsequently checking their ban status

Oh ok I haven't seen anyone get banned over that unless they tried to clear logs. Guess its safe as long you got the error offline and it isn't shared to nintendo

Ah maybe updating the system clears the logs officially is my guess why its a safe haven for lower firmwares, since nintendo is only interested in logs based on your current firmware linked to the console ID im thinking too much on this lol

Actually i got a question. Since 4.x is consider safer, is it possible for me made a purchase on nintendo .com and select download to system?

In firmware 5.0, they patched the error reporting process.

The link he is referring to documents all the changes made in 5.0. The last known change was in 2.3 so all error reporting from 2.3-4.1 is identical.

honestly i wont update, ill wait for something to install updates offline.

as i mentioned ill let the kamikaze group do the sweep first :D

Ill wait till the homebrew/hacks are well established. Then ill get my second switch and let the hacks fly.
I buy the games i want to play. other stuff like eshop only games ill wait on. Wating always wins in these cases.

I got the error when i was online, but i just saw the error log i noticed that my switch didnt get online when the error crashed.
When i got this error again 3 days ago,my console was online, but until today i havent been banned.
The sx os in on the second console with my wifes account (we havent brought anything with her account).
If they ban her, should i remove her account from my switch,or it doesnt matter, its not linked to my console.

guys injecting certificate from SMO to cart2 games is it fine? and the cart size does matter?

thanks! im just gonna use it to update games.
You don't need a header/certificate to update games. You can update all of your games without one. It might be better to save that certificate/header for future use as Nintendo can ban it if they detect it going online outside of its intended purpose.

I’m not sure where the best place to report this is, but,

I have not been banned.
I’m using SX OS.
I am not reporting crashes to Ninty.
I’ve never used Layered FS.
I use homebrew apps occasionally.
I’ve never gone online when playing backups. (Backups do not have headers)
I have updated all backups while in SX OS.
I keep my Switch in Airplane mode at all times, even in OFW, except when I’m actively playing an online game or updating a game. (I’m paranoid that Ninty might run an analysis of my file structure or something while it’s in standby).
I have not cleared error reports since before SX OS was released.
I still play my legit cartridge of Splatoon online.
I still have e-shop access.

I’m expecting a new firmware update from Ninty to be able to better detect CFW, but for now, I’m keeping these practices because they seem to work. I’ll report back if I get banned.

It seems that less people are getting banned these days.. Maybe they are letting people feel safe and then they'll ban everyone

It could be that they are re-evaluating their methods of insuring their bans don't affect legitimate users. Now that SX is out and is gaining traction, it's getting difficult to determine if a legitimate cartridge holder is a pirate or a victim. After all, not all kids sleep with their cartridges locked in the vault :D. Imagine the potential lawsuits from customers who legitimately believe that their physical cartridges should still warrant being an official genuine cartridge and thus should be allowed online even if someone ripped a copy of it. The copy risks the ban, not the original.
