That's from way back in the Xbox 360 DVD drive modding days you can that to mod one a the DVD drives to you would be able to play burned games I think it's for the liton drives if I'm not mistaken

Its just an Modchip for the Phillips Lite-on DG16D2S Drive of the XBOX360, this Modchip allows for an install of an Modded Drive Firmware to play Burned Games and it has nothing to do with the Nintendo Switch.
