Hacking Blue gateway card with Luma CFW

Can i get the blue card to worth with luma 3ds? Tried googling but seems every tutorial is either outdated or missing items now. Twl loader can't load any of the DS games i want to play, so the blue gateway would be perfect if i got it to work
