I am on 11.6 and I wanna update my Homebrew launcher but I can't even launch it is on 1.3 version it would be greatly appreciated if somebody helped me.

It would be nice if you would let us know with what method you are trying to launch the Homebrew Launcher.

The v1.3 cia is no longer compatibility with current CFW. You have to resort to Rosalina Injection and boot.3dsx : https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/wiki/Rosalina
Excuse the outdated meme, but you can "yo dawg, I heard you like..." this by Rosalina injecting HBL into the outdated .cia Homebrew Launcher. That way, you get the best of both worlds of keeping separate home icon and latest update.
Don't do this cuz that's a noob move.
P.S. If you wants to properly post bump, don't state it's a bump and mention something relevant like a question or concern. Just sayin'.
If you would have given the information on your screenshot in your first post I could have answered your problem in my first post but just writing it's not working helps no one
