Yes, but is not rocket science. I am sure there are youtube tutorials by 13year olds that explain you the basics, so you'd be surprised by the amount of people that would try it following plenty of dodgy tutorials.

edit to remove the warning or set the variable
install two things
set the paths to the two things you just installed
build
voila

Cool. Tried it the other day it was crapping out over failed exceptions in the sd lib. Will try again and see what we're dealing with now.

No, they just haven't updated these bars since a month ago.
According to SciresM most work is finished.

No, there's no compiled build yet.

You might compile it by yourself. But the sourcecode needs a small change to be executable.
(They included a small safetycheck to prevent that non-developers break something by running it early)
