me too, i can wait a few weeks after atmospheres release for all these programs to get smoothed out before doing anything to me old switch

With Lakka (thanks to @natinusala !), this is a huge step for the homebrew scene for the Switch, things are progressing a lot faster, thank you @natinusala really appreciate it!. Would love to see what happens in a few weeks...

I recommend you reset the battery calibration, its not going to work normally and you don't want it dying after playing hours in a game but forgot to save :/
funny tho cause I turned it back on and it was at 58% still soooooooo

totally right , dolphin would need horizon to act like linux and run at 1,9ghz why ? because dolphin is more cpu hungry as gpu
Hmm... I don't know the difference between when the Wii's homebrew had the Nintendon't and ran perfectly in most games. Then again, it took nintendon't a while till it worked that well. Since the Switch is more powerful then the wii... uh.... yeah I'm confused...

Nope. Explain your logic for an emulator running faster in an OS with more overhead than in one with less? It's the same hardware. Provided we get ogl (or vulkan) there's no reason why a properly ported version of dolphin on horizon side wouldn't run better than the linux on switch equivalent.

Nintendont wasn't an emulator, as the Wii was essentially a higher clocked gamecube. The games run (essentially) natively, so your comparison isn't applicable here.

Ah I see. and also basically the Wii can't even properly emulate Gamecube titles due to its power.

I don't... actually know ? You can put a timeout to your bounty so that it's refunded if the issue is not claimed until then
