What if I'm on low firmware ? Currently on 2.2.0 and 2.3.0. I'm guessing i cant play games requiring hire fw through the SX OS ?? Also what about sleep mode ?

i got a 1.0.0 switch and im waiting till i see atmposhere before deciding, no rush

This whole thing has me worried for the scene and how it will go down in the future. What if all of the developers start charging for their cfw's and packages? Are we really going to have to deal with DRM in jailbreak software? Just makes my skin crawl.

Work to open the systems up and if you make hardware profit off of it. Otherwise ask for donations and work on making the scene better. DRM in the CFW/launcher in any way is a horrible idea.

I have a question that has already been asked on this topic, but it does not really explain everything to me.

My Switch is on the 5.0.1 software, I've never used an SD card on it. So, are the backups available right now around the network are split into 4GB parts? In another words will I be able to run them seamlessly using OS SX with FAT32, or will it be better to upgrade to 5.0.2 and format card to exFAT?

update to 5.0.2 and format your SD card to exfat don't use FAT32

Not sure on upgrade or not but Team X stated that all of the backups out there right now will work without modification, so I think you are fine either way. May not want to update if you are also tempted to use Atmosphere at some time, but I think it will be 5.0.2 compatible eventually as well.

Atmosphere already is 5.0.2 compatible though

One of my switches gets Tx the other atmosphere... I am in perfect balance and my chi is good.

Excellent you are going to be one of the first persons to brick their switch in case something is wrong with that cfws releases ,so thanks for being a beta tester

SX PRO includes the dongle, the SX OS is used only with pc

Some basic q’s if someone can help. Once i receive the device how does the liscence process work? Can someone describe that? Can i just buy a second liscene for my 3.0 switch? or should any console planning to use exfat update to 5.02 basically? Or could i stay on 3.0 or 4.1 and still use device just cant play games which require firmware? Im worried this gets patched and i didnt update to 5.02 when i had the chance should i just update now and get it over with?

The problem is some of these websites are trying to charge for shipping despite it being an email delivery I think and hope it's a mistake and they don't realize it's a digital code only.

I did not find a sure answer to my question on FAQ, I submit it to you:
You can play online without ever being banned if you have latest firmware / use original game / run normal mode switch / do not have auto RCM installed
Am I right ?
(Of course you can use jig / dongle and its microsd card to play .xci games offline)
