So does that mean 1.0.0-2.x now have working DNS addresses for HBL?

I kept reading it was only for 3.0.0 and the lower firmwares should stay offline due to the super nag.

That's why some people have a second switch. I technically have a second switch on 3.0 but it's considered my little brother's. I use mine for gaming and staying up to date which is not so bad since you can do the hardmod with a paperclip

Your little brother will update you know that things happen I am surprised that he still in 3.0 fw what did you give him to play? Zelda ?

Yes, the domains are now being blocked through new IP's. 104.236.106.125 and 62.210.147.20 - http://switch.cfw.guide/guide/blocking-updates/

It will block all traffic, online, eshop, and updates as far as I know. Game updates must be performed on the latest FW.

Of course, it's not in a finalized release state yet. The coming release will be bootable, but I imagine there will be bugs and crashes still. I don't care, homebrew on Switch makes it a day one install for me!

Stupid doesn't even come close to the amount of idiocy they are showing.
Least they can do is offer a proper purchase method for a game you want in particular, I don't want a stupid Lootbox of god-knows what games each month.

You're one to jump the gun, fairly often. So it's understandable you think this. However, they never explicitly stated we're not getting classic games. Just that Virtual Console won't be a thing. To me it's just that they're dropping the name. Still, I'm looking at homebrew for this. :3

Where did it say that there'd be more than NES games though? I clearly don't recall that being explicitly stated.
