Hacking Are cartridge dumps identical?

Has anyone considered checked if carts have copy protection in the form of unique licences on each cart? A simple hash comparison of two carts released at the same time should be enough to tell.

I want to say that because of the My Nintendo gold coins that one can earn that can only be redeemed once per cart, perhaps each dump is unique, unless that data pertaining to those coins is separate from the game dumps.

there is a cartridge unique CERT area that just identifies that you own it for online play/those coin redemptions
its only read/used in those situations though, the rest of the cart contents are identical
