By accident I press format on my wbfs manager 3.0. After one second my hd was empty.
I read here to use Data recovery program

http://www.wiihacks.com/general-wii-talk/1...ormat-wbfs.html

and I did, but instead of isos it recovered some SWF files. Are theese files my isos somehow? WHat to do with them? to be playable again?

Any software that would be able to unformat it better?

Wiimms Iso Tools should be able to recover an WBFS-Partition. Try that. If it doesn't work, you still can redump them, since you're using BACKUPS, right?

And: Use the damm Search. This is probably one of 20 other topics about this.

To be honest - I looked everywhere and I don't know how to use Wiims Iso Tools.

I recovered some FILE0xx.SWF, and they look to be isos. Try to rename the extansions for WDF but it's not working.
Any ideas?

Why it doesn't work? Because it's not that easy/the wrong extension. I'm also pretty shure they aren't games which you could play anyways. With Wiimms ISO Tools: Well, first you have to "install" it. I don't know how to install/run .bins in Windows (which you're probably using), but Google should help. After that, the command would probably be:

wwt -vv -a recover or wwt -vv -a repair

That would be nice

Now I just have to learn that Cygwin think.
