Your failed attempt to disguise a desire to pirate with a desire to test notwithstanding, Switch piracy will likely occur sometime after the release of Atmosphere-NX. This is the most thorough answer anybody can give you.

1. When will Atmosphere-NX be released? Whenever it's finished. It likely will be released for 1.0.0 first, probably a few weeks or months from now. It will likely be released for 2.0.0-3.0.0 sometime after that. It will likely be released for 3.0.1-4.1.0 a good deal of time after that. If you're looking to pirate test games, you should get a Switch on 1.0.0. If you can't do that, get one on 2.0.0-3.0.0.
2. How long after Atmosphere-NX is released will piracy become a thing? Nobody knows. Probably a few weeks or months after that.
