ROM Hack HELP!!!!!

Hello to everyone in the community, I have a serious problem, I have a sd card in which is located the game "Pokemon UltraSun" which is very important to me since it contains my most recent save data, today update my luma to its most recent update and when finishing the update the ultrasun pokemon and other games "which are not very important" disappeared from my menu, I thought it was because when I installed the update they had been formatted but when I got into the configuration of my 3ds and in my installed games my games appear in lead color and with an "x" on the lower left side of the icon

PLEASE I NEED SOMEONE READ THIS POST

PD:I tried to install the JK Save Manager to extract my save data but it did not work since it does not detect the games in cia

i have a old 3ds with boot9strap

Your missing the tickets, use something like Tikshop or Tikdevil to restore them.

the tikshop no longer exists and the tikdevil does not work for me :c
