Nope still on 2.x, can't remember if it's 2.2 or 2.3, but either way haven't updated since I cracked the seal. Had a feeling about the switch when my brother told me that Nintendo didn't produce enough for first round preorders, so when I got mine I didn't update and started research. I only have Zelda so I'm set and still playing and waiting and working and lifing. Yes that's spelled right cause I'm in the middle of doing life things lol.

I sincerely hope that the people with that mindset bricks their console while setting up the HBL.
