Is Rinnegatamante the only person working on ps vita related projects anymore? That's the only person i hear about when it comes to ps vita homebrew these days.

Great news.

He's on a roll....

This will kick start the vita again. N64...
I hope so also since he opened the door for it to finally happen but someone else has to actually care enough to make an n64 emulator that would run on a ps vita which i doubt will happen since all eyes are on nintendo switch.

I hope this allows for better emulation from the RetroArch team, so far most of the consoles play fine by sacrificing accuracy for performance.

Yeah good luck for N64 emulation. Keep in mind this run on top of libgxm with some overhead. The pipeline emulated is the fixed one (no shader compilation at runtime, no glsl (at least for now)).
Anyway it's still cool for what it is and remind me wiigl (or whatever was the name).
Good luck with this huge project :)
So sad I have no vita anymore.

Just cant wait to see about ZDoom or GZDoom and possible N64

I have NFI how possible quake 3 engine would be but that would be the ultimate for me. There's a really impressive RTCW port on android but I'm guessing that's probably too much for the vita.
Just found Rinnegatamante's patreon, backed. The man deserves our support for all the hard work :)

is it able with this to release a ps2 emulator? ^^ this would be dope... i know ps2 emulators need A LOT of horsepower in order to get good fps... but ps2 on vita would be nice to have i guess...
what do u guys think?

Nope, as xerpi pointed out, emulators that need a lot of optimisation would really need to use the Sony GXM API for efficiency.
Still not going to emulate PS2 well even using that though.

Q3 mod support is also gonna be huge. There are some very well done mods that I'd enjoy on the vita! I agree, I'm probably going to donate too.
