Hacking need "urgent" help please (goomba color)

Let me explain the situation : I'm going on holiday in a few hour, and have lots of things to do until then. Thing is that I would really like to play pokemon crystal (on my ez flash iv) once I'm there, since I won't have any internet connection, but I can't figure out how to convert it into a .gba file !

I know it's a lot to ask but if you have the time, I would really like someone to explain me clearly what files I need to have and what to do on goomba color to get pokemon crystal on my ez flash !

No, several of the Color exclusive games work fine. Crystal is just not one of them. I would use yellow if you want the color experience on a GBA cart. Or Fire Red/Leaf Green. The RTC ones that do work require patches.

You could search for a Pokémon Liquid Crystal patch for Pokémon Fire Red. It's the best gen 3 patch for a Pokémon game I found.
