ROM Hack [Help] Dragon Quest monsters joker 3

Hi! I want to play the DQMJ3 translation so I would have to hack my new 3ds which is on the last version. I have a DSTWo card of DS. My questions are:
1)Is there a method that I can use with THIS flashcard and my 3ds?
2) Can the patch be aplied to a .3ds and played in citra?
3) If question 1) is too risky, is good buying a 2ds in order to hack easily and safer? What other dragon quest content could I enjoy in that 2ds hacked?

Follow all of the steps to setup B9S (Boot 9 Strap)

Once B9S is setup, you should be able to follow the instructions from the OP here :

Huh too complicated. Is good purchasing a 2ds by 40€ in order to play this easily? (Obviously with a lower version).

If so, are there any other worth translation 3ds games? Thanks!

Outside of the above link, I am unsure how to help.

Since it sounds like you are wanting to spend money, you can always import the game and a JP-Region handheld to play the game.

However, to apply/use the recent English translation, you will need to step CFW (custom firm ware) and/or Homebrew on your console.

But the problem is that in my version 11.6 if I want to use b9s I would have to have another console running this. It is stupid, isnt it?

It's a lot of information to take in but it's safe enough if you are careful and not lazy/careless about it. Right now you will require CFW to play this in English.

Hi thanks! I have a doubt of the flashcard method. Which flashcard of the list can I use? I dont understand the description of each and I am worried about buying the wrong one. Could you help me and tell me which ones I can? I have 11.6
