DSiWare can already be installed+launched, but only in .cia form, and it's only for TWLoader.
They go in the same folder as the .nds files.

You'll be able to use SRLoader on the SD card, and install DSiWare, when ugopwn comes out for EUR consoles.

also i saw that you have the hiyacfw on your dsi. you suggest to install it or wait for ugopwn? there's a full guide to install hiyacfw? Thanks

If you have Flipnote Studio, then yes, you can use it.

To use HiyaCFW, you'll need RocketLauncher, which also hasn't been released yet. Again, it's soon.

NeoDS only work for me in version 5.5.1, in any other newer version the roms do not appear or have white screen =[

They're launched the same way as launched from 3DS HOME Menu, so yes.

@Robz8 is there a specific way to build the dsiware cia? The ones built with Wii U USB Helper don't show up as a game in TWLoader, it shows no icon or info, and loads to a system error screen.

You need the .nds file, and make_cia.exe.
