hey guys, today i installed luma cfw on my 3ds. no bricks, everything went fine.
then, i was trying to open blargSNES to play Mega Man X, but my upper screen was grey.
i was looking everywhere, but no answers.
then, i found snes9x. it seemed pretty nice, so i installed it and downloaded the cia.
i opened snes9x and for a millisecond everything was working, and then came this:

An exception occurred
exception type: data abort
Current process: SNES9x

what can i do now?

Afaik GBA/SNES, etc emulation on o3ds is not exactly possible due to hardware limitations as even eShop SNES titles cannot run on o3ds. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong, that's what I gathered while trying to do things with my o3ds.

Well, it's supposed to work. Can I know if you are running B9S with Luma v8+?

And did you install the .cia version or did you run the homebrew .3dsx version?

yes, i am running b9s. i tried both, cia and 3dsx but none of em worked

Have you installed the latest or older versions?
i dont know actually, how do i check?

i don't know how to fix it, but i can confirm that snes9x works just fine on o3ds'es and it's something on your end.

i remember having some homebrew that would crash on one of my sd cards, but it would run just fine on others. so if you have a second sd card try installing it on that one and see if it works. other than that i really have no clue why it's crashing for you.

the version that i have installed is 1.20 (cia version). i doubt that matters much though

Is your SD formatted with a 32 kb cluster size or 16? I forget which one it is,but one of them causes graphical issues from what I've heard.

You may also have a bad card, but you probably would've noticed that a whole ago.

everythings working fine with my sd

Are you using emunand or sysnand? The latest versions of bubble2k16's emulators don't support emunand any more.

Snes9x works with all these titles I've played, except for Doom, but that's to be expected. (EDIT: Forgot to mention its on 2ds or 'o3ds' if you will)
Aero the Acrobat 1 and 2
Alien 3
Beavis and Butt-head
Jurassic Park
Mighy Morphin Power Rangers Movie
Mortal Kombat 1, 2, and 3
Pac-Man 2 New Adventures
Rock N' Roll Racing
Shien's Revenge
Spider-Man & Venom Maximum Carnage
Street Fighter II World Warrior
Super Bomberman 1 and 2
Super Mario All-Stars
Super Mario World 1 and 2 (Yoshi's Island)
Tetris & Mario
Utopia The Creation Of Nations
Zombies Ate My Neighbors.
Also I just tried Doom and it runs except the gameplay is so slow its unplayable.
