Hacking NTRBOOTHAX compatibility question

Hello everyone

A friend of mine asked me if I can put cfw in his 3DS. Is a new 3ds xl and is in 11.6, I have a R4 card, the original one. But I don't know if it is compatible and I dont want to brick it, I play a lot of ds game on it. Thanks in advance

3ds.guide can show you how to do the dsiware transfer easily and is recommended to use the guide to install b9s

BTW my boiiiis I have another question, I realized I got a four sword copy a couple of years ago, however it says "anniversary edition". Does it works?

That's the correct version as if it didn't have anniversary then you'd be talking about the GBA one included with ALTTP. You can use a CFW'd 3DS to inject a save into that and then system transfer to the one you want to be CFW'd.
