Your third points is dumb unless you actually mean the musical instrument. Just because it's not what YOU wanted doesn't make it worse. If you ask me I don't even want to compare it to the previous Zelda games. In the end it's just another game with a name attached to it. My best example would be Yoshi's island. I thought that was great but it's not Super Mario World 2, it's just different but they gave it that name. I agree, I can't say the soundtrack was very memorable but I enjoyed the silence when playing and exploring. Weapon degradation isn't much fun but you find so much anyways but yeah, having to go look for a fire boomerang or whatever just when you need it sucks. The dungeons were lame and it's been mentioned several times so I'm sure they'll make some real ones for the next game. I don't know what to say about item collection - every game does this. Looking at BotW as it's own thing I'd give it a 9.0 compared to other games in the genre. I actually felt like they made open world feel fresh again. The physics and game world constantly gives back to you when you try to mess with it, it's very tactile. I liked it.
