Hacking Should i update my 3ds??

i only bought dlc from Senran Kagura 2...but i dont have it on the 3DS (i mean all dlc is pirated)

1. I am calmed down.
2. I am not tired if stupid questions (and I didnt mean to make it sound like I am), but with sticky thread like that, I am sure that people won't ask that often.
