which is the fastest cia installer for O2ds? being so close to US/UM possiable leak being 3.7 GB currently using the basic FBI Setup

Fbi. Freeshop too I guess if you count that. The best solution is to upload the CIA to MediaFire, create a qr code from the link, and scan it with fbi.
 
For CIA-installation, there is no reason I can think of to use anything other than FBI.

Alternatively, you could use freeShop to download and install your games, but you'll have to wait until at least launch day to download and install a game using freeShop.

No, the fastest way is to copy to your SD card and then install locally. Downloading on the 3DS is slow as frack.

I should have reworded it. My personal favorite solution. Also I recommended boop anyway. I like methods that do not require double the sd card space.

How to make a qr code from mediafire ??
First get the MediaFire link. Upload the CIA, and create a link from it. Then paste that link into your browser, and right click the green download icon. Click copy link address. Then Google "qr code generator" and click the first option. Paste in the URL and scan the qr code with fbi.
 
also quick question bout cias themselves are they compressed themselves (like say a game is near 2 gigs on the 3ds and the cia is 1.7)is that how it works?
