The top side is too wide, meaning the cover doesn't properly close (tested on Vita 2000). They should either have made the adapter shorter, or the top round like a PS Vita gamecard. Maybe you could grind down the edges using a file, but I'm not sure I want to do this.
Unfortunately that means yet another revision is needed to create a perfect SD2Vita adapter.

UPDATE: I successfully filed down the edges, and now the flap closes properly. So this makes v3.0 much better than v2.0, because it's easy to eject.

For now this revision remains the best (not the ones with the smiley, those are too large!):

The improved v2.0 (black with PS symbols, pictured above) can be ejected, so that's what I'm using now.

Hope this thread helps save some of you some money.

that means you have the old version, dunno if they updated the casing to fit inside the slim model, but they got rid of the glue that was damaging the pcb in the 2nd revision with the red letters

What glue? Mine doesn't seem to have any issues with glue. The only problem is the shape of the top (where you insert the microSD). Unless that is updated, it's simply too wide for the cover to properly close.

Ok, another update: I just used a file to file down the edges at the top and that did the trick. It now fits my Vita 2000 perfectly (flap closes all the way).
I was worried it might damage the adapter, but I only had to take off a tiny bit of plastic to make it fit.

can you post a pic? im thinking about buying the same adapter.

I have a black smiley face on an oled. It barely sticks out at first but i filed down the bottom and now it fits perfect

I solved the problem on my SD 2.0 by taping down the memory card upon inserting it into the SD slot. Now my card slot cover is flush. So insert SD card and hold it down then use a piece of clear tape from one side and then over the top and on the other side.

So that all u had to do?

Yeah. The card is compressed down and the tape will never move. Now that we have USB support for mounting the card I won't need to remove it and I hated the door always moving.
