So, after installing haxchi, and setting up everything, except form CBHC, can I use the pro controller to access and user Wup Installer Y Mod? for installing games later on without gamepad?

No wup is displayed onto the gamepad so you need it to know what you are installing and install with the gamepads buttons

Do you not have a gamepad?
No i do not, i purchased a WiiU, without a gamepad, for an EXCELLENT price, so, im installing haxchii today with a gamepad of a friend, i already got the game that don't use a gamepad to run, but i was wondering if i could use wup in order to install them, without a gamepad, but that's ok, i don't really need the gamepad, most of the game i want to play are pro controller enable, so no worries.

I may be wrong, but doesn't Haxchi require a gamepad to even run? I've tried to run it just using a pro controller, and it asks to turn on the gamepad every single time. I suspect CBHC would do the same. So yeah, you should install every game you want that doesn't need CFW (brazilian method) while you have the borrowed gamepad. You'll be able to play them without the gamepad later on. Not sure about anything that needs CFW, though.

Haxchi's cfw doesn't need the gamepad turned on if you modify meta.xml
every other app that is opened from an haxchi title does, though.

got the gamepad, tried "g2x" and "Y mod" and both required a gamepad, however, "Y Mod" display the install options on the tv, it just does not sync the pro controller once inside the application.

A mod from Y Installer could be very useful for peoples with pro controller only, i don't see the need for the gamepad to install the game. and haxchi is just an entry point right?

Meaning that it runs, and execute homebrew launcher, which means i would need the gamepad in order to navigate also homebrew launcher.

Just get a cheap gamepad later on. Broken screen ones go for $50 and replace the screen with a$15 new screen.

there is a mod floating around for the homebrew launcher that supports pro controller, i use it myself. i'll post the link later

To install games without the wiiu gamepad install System Config Tool with a borrowed gamepad. It does not need the wiiu pad to load and works with wii motes not sure about wiiu Pro controller but I would imagine that would also work.

If it was more than $100 it wasn't an excellent price.
