You can't, we've been trying to change that for years. The most you can do with the animated fire is remove it.

Hey, I was wondering if anyone here has had any luck replacing textures in Sun and Moon battle fields. I've tried a few different methods but have come up empty every time. If anyone can provide any insight I'd appreciate it.
