I installed not64 boot.dol successfully. But wiiu gamepad is not working at all. Wiimote is ok though. Any idea why?

Riivolution is based on a specific IOS slot and version (IOS57, right?) and is patching the functions in realtime, probably at specific hardcoded location.
It will not work, as IOS255 prevent reloading to 57 and "Fake" the reloading by telling the application that it did (saying 57 while it's still 255) and the memory patches won't match.

@CoinKillerL Rip the dream sorry.

So what about making a fowarder for wii u menu?is it possible?

you can use the old "hbl2hbc" forwarder method (no need to inject Wii virtual console to launch vWii homebrew from WiiU menu), edit the config file to tell that you want to boot Priiloader Riivolution channel's ID AFTER vWii is launched, and reloading to IOS57 will work.
The only issue is that you won't have gamepad support. it will run in native vWii mode

edit: sorry, I said priiloader.
Too many homebrew with "ii" is confusing haha

So,i can make a haxchi fowarder,right?

yes, if all you want is launching a channel installed in vWii.

if you want gamepad support, then you'll need to comply with the current limitation of IOS255 and WiiVC injection.

is there a way to pack hbl2hbc with my custmon settings in a channel? (Not haxchi because i hate haxchi fowarders)

which custom settings?

HBL2HBC let you change the titleID of the channel you want to launch (easy file editing)
or you can even recompile to make a different channel to install on WiiU, with an unique titleID, icon, etc

yes,i get it,but how do i compile it?

I never did it, but probably devkitpro, devkitppc, wiiu libraries to generate the elf, python/java to generate the channel.
sorry, that's not the best place to learn how to compile homebrew, there are other threads for that.

Which folders should i copy from the Nintendont github? there's too many.

NVM. There's an instruction on the page, silly me :P

Last edited by Akira,
I injected WiiSXR and in the menue I can use the gamepad, but not in the game. Is this normal, so only gamepad support in the menue?

I've tried installing Megaman X Command Mission but all i got is a black screen. I've got this folder in my sd card, sd:/apps/Nintendont and inside are the boot.dol, meta.xml and icon.png. When converting it to wii u installable, I selected no on autobooting. Can anyone help me?

First and foremost thanks to everyone involved in this be it by writing / providing all the helpful tools and resources or researching how things could work in the first place. Seeing how things evolved I'm thinking about converting my GameCube and Wii library, or at least most of it, into WiiU VC format. However, one question remains before I prepare everything to make my move:

What about games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band that use special controllers like the guitar and also the usb microphone? Will those things work as intended loading the games as a WiiU VC title? Has anyone maybe tested this already?

use WiiU USB Helper, there's a special Nintendont version for the forwarder

not possible atm, because only the wii classic controller and wiimote can be emulated
