GBATemp doesn't support piracy. But I can recommend you the guide to install a CFW on 11.4+ (requires a flashcard compatible) for any other use of the Mod on 3DS.

In essence freeshop is a completely legal tool. The op never mentioned they wanted to use it for piracy. It's up to them if they dump their own titlekeys or they obtain it from some sort of illegal external source. Now tikshop, no clue how nobody asks about that, since it flat out downloads illegal titlekeys.

EDIT: For the record op, from now on, please make titles more akin to your problem. Something like "freeshop tutorial?" Would be much more understandable than "can someone help?"

Yep, freeShop is open source, but saying "to download free games" sounds like he would to get FREE games, not their games with its titlekeys owned.
Also, because anyone would come to this reason by reading the post OP.
I am also very picky, but it is that.

I know perfectly well that freeShop is just an app that allows downloading any source of encryptedTitleKeys, but I don't think the request of the OP is to retrieve its TitleKeys so he could to re-download them.
Who mod its 3DS only to do so, and write this sentence in the post?
