Homebrew CFW 11.1 to 11.5

Newbie here, I am wondering how to upgrade from 11.1 to 11.5 CFW without losing homebrew. My device has B9S and Luma on it which are up to date.

On another device I had when I upgraded from an old firmware to 11.5, the version number in System Settings changed to Ver 11.5.0-34E instead of showing Sys 11.1.0-34E so I assume that is the wrong way to do it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

If you have B9S you just update through system settings. It's not going to say "Sys" unless the option in Luma is ticked.
