Are you logged in? It should be there when you click the link. It won't show up if you already have a dev account or if you're logged out.

To add, when I did this a couple months ago it would no go through with Firefox no matter how many times I tried to get a code. When I switched to internet explorer it worked right away. So if you keep getting an error, try that.

yea chrome didnt let me login to my account it gave an error but as soon as i tried the edge browser it worked great so i think some browsers are having trouble

Only downside to leaving dev mode is having to reset the console (everything gets deleted) and you can't use dev mode if you're part of the preview program.

everything doesnt get deleted you have to untick the check mark for the delete option for games and apps its on by default

i have a preview dashboard update and im on dev mode just fine
