Homebrew Homebrews don't work

Hello guys, I recently saw that smealum uploaded the ninjhax payloads for o3ds. I tried it and the homebrew channel boots fine but apps seems to not work. they stuck at yellow screen and there isn't a region free launcher.
Is there a way to fix it?

many people told me that 11.5 o3ds payloads are buggy, we need to wait for "stable" ones

I had 11.3 payloads but since i updated my o3ds fw, ninjhax stopped to work.

The O3DS 11.5 HBL payloads are unstable. Wait until Smealum updates them...
