Just tried to run Decrypt9 and it crashed. Are you supposed to just replace the Decrypt9 folder when updating it?
U can't run any of the "9" apps from hbl u need to run it from Luma3DS chainloader

@EpicMedz You should really do your research...

Alot has changed ever since you've left the scene. 3DS CFW have now become noob-friendly, and it's virtually impossible to brick your system (unless you're trying to do it purposefully)

Also,

Decrypt9 is outdated, and you'll have a good chance of bricking your console (Outdated stuff have a good chance of bricking), get GodMode9.

In the meantime, DON'T USE their 3dsx versions! Use their chainloader versions!

Homebrew Launcher will work with the CIA version...But only the one with Rosalina support.

That being said, any Homebrew Exploit WILL NOT WORK, as it ALWAYS makes the processor throw an exception (And everyone knows how much Luma3DS doesn't like exceptions :P), but it doesn't matter since you have the CIA version which runs like a legit 3DS application (meaning it can never be patched & it'll not make ARM11 throw an exception)

If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask me :P

By chainloader versions, do you mean pressing the start button while booting to access different things?

This is true in theory, but not in practice.
Luma detects you launching the old home brew launcher Cia and automatically injects the new version into it, maintaining compatability with said old version.
