Looking at that guide, it doesn't look as simple as just doing a system transfer, I'll need a flash cart as well?

It depends, if yo uuse dsiwarehax you dont and if u use ntrboot you do need 1

How do I know what I'm using? I know I'm coming across thick here and I apologise but this is all new to me. You're help is very much appreciated though

if you want to hack your new snes 3ds you either use method A: dsiwarehax or method B: ntrboot in order to hack your new snes 3ds, so you can choose either A or B both cost some money because for A you need to buy an exploitable dsiware from the eShop and for B you need to buy a compatible flashcart

Ah yeah I see... looks like the games aren't available anymore on eShop so it'll have to be a flash cart. Thank you fit your help though dude, much appreciated

Boot9strap is what seems to have been used with my current console so I don't know how I'll be able to do a transfer when I can't get the games I need to do it

Boot9strap is what seems to have been used with my current console so I don't know how I'll be able to do a transfer when I can't get the games I need to do it

There are a bunch of games still available to be used, those 4 games were for save injection

Sorry dude, I don't know the difference between save injection or game injection, I don't know what any of that stuff means

The guide posted above for system transferring a boot9strap device to another console says only those 4... are you saying all the games on the list you've posted can be used for the same thing as the 4 other games?

You're looking at the wrong page (why do people always do this?)
Look at the one @lone_wolf323 linked. That's the one you need to follow.

You also have to back up your tickets before you transfer, so you can restore them on the target 3DS after it's hacked.
The reason being, CIA files and anything installed through FreeShop etc. won't transfer.

I don't understand what any of that stuff means. Sorry if I'm annoying you but if I don't know, then I don't know ‍ That's why I'm asking questions and people are being very helpful but, I'm getting told different things now which is confusing me more

The way this method works is you would purchase one of these games listed from eshop. After getting it you would inject the save file of sudokuhax of your region into that game. After following the guide this will allow the hax save to transfer over to the stock console, which inturn allows the code script to run and install CFW onto that system.

This is for running the installation of B9S on the new stock system. You require CFW on the first system to get this prepared correctly

you need to buy one of those games on your current 3ds so you can inject it with haxxxxx and then transfer it to your new snes 3ds

What if you use tikdevil or tikshop to get a copy of sudoku ? That's what I did on my n3ds I grabbed it but I didn't pay for it. So would it still work or no ? Would I need to use tiksweep to remove all unused tickets and then redownload sudoku after PAYING for it ?

tikdevil is outdated and tikshop will not let illegitimate titles transfer. You need to purchase a proper legit title from the eshop for this to work.

Read the WHOLE DAMED GUIDE, it clearly states there are two methods. One which works with the 4 games no longer available on the eshop, the other that works with a lot more games(if people bothered to read the whole thing they'd find the link to the second method which has been linked to in one of the other replies above).

Seriously it's getting beyond a joke now, yes people maybe new to this but it doesn't excuse the lack of reading(unless English isn't your first language).
