And my question it is possible other way to hack a 3ds on 11.5?
And i have 3ds hacked on 11.3 but if I follow this guide. I will lost my friends on my console hack?

If you already have a hacked 3DS, it would actually make more sense to buy a flashcart and use NTRBoot to hack you n3DS.
There are several befits to this
1: You don't have to do a system transfer, thus keeping both systems intact. It's also a faster method compared to the system transfer
2: You get a flashcart to play DS games on after you are done
3: You can reflash it later and hack more systems with a method that can never be blocked.
I personally suggest going with the Ak2i, as you can just flash it and keep using it as is. Or saving a little and going with the R4i Gold, which requires you to restore it after you are done.
