Homebrew I need some help urgently

Hi so I was doing the dsiware transfer and it failed,it was from an old 3ds to to new 2ds xl so I can't transfer back. I can't call Nintendo because I'm not 18 and my phone number is Italian so I would pay a crap load of money to call Nintendo. I found out that I can e-mail them but I got this (above image). I can't enter the credit card number,am I forced to enter it? Do I have to call Nintendo or can someone it trust do it?

Also where is the new 2ds xl serial number located?

If it failed than nothing was transferred.... Why did it fail? The console had to give you a reason/error code or something.

Well it gave me an error code but I did not write it down and I explains it in an other post (trying to find the link)

Well if you find it let me know, I can look through the SDK error code database and at least give you the description (and maybe a solution to fix it).

Fist of all, please be more descriptive with your title. "I need help urgently" doesn't describe your problem whatsoever and forces people to read your entire issue to get an idea of what you need help with. Second of all, don't create multiple threads with the same issue. If something else pops up, you dont have to make a new thread about it. Just bump the old one. This is at least your 3rd thread about this issue. I would help but i already tried in the last thread to no avail.

Oh okay, yeah you'll just have to get in touch with Nintendo to have them transfer your NNID back. Also, a credit card isn't required, only the fields with a red asterisk are required. So just fill those out. Obviously you'll want to fill in what you can, but if it's not marked, it doesn't matter.

The source would be your O3DS, the target your N3DS.

What are you talking about? You can 100% transfer from an old console to a new one, that's standard practice. Honestly, an O3DS can system transfer to ANY other 3DS console in the family without issues. You can ALWAYS transfer forward/sideways, you just can't transfer backwards.

OK well I got an email from ninty yesterday and it told me it was done but it wasn't letting me sign in into my nnid on the source, should I mail them again or what?

Source = CFW console
Target = OFW console

The original console is whichever one created the NNID (or currently linked to), the "new" console is the one you want to transfer it to. So if your NNID is on your OFW console, that needs to be the "original" one. You did it backwards it sounds like.
