Hacking Some updates not installing when game has multiple updates

I'm finding that when I try to install updates through WUP installer GX2, for the majority of games that have multiple updates, only one will install successfully.

The other updates say that the WUP files are missing and fail to even begin installing.

Is this due to a bad update file or is it just the latest update file that is relevant?

only the latest update for a game needs to be installed. older ones would just be overwritten anyway.
