You asked less than 4 hours ago. Don't expect instant responses. To me, that looks like a blurry intro to Ruby or Sapphire with a gen 1 pikachu sprite.

when i go to make custom clothing textures, it works fine except in the overworld. it only shows up in battles and stuff. it looks like vanilla clothing when in overworld. whats the file location to overworld clothing models?
