Hacking DSiWareHAX Request

First I would like to say, MODS if this post isn't allowed or is in the wrong section please move/delete as necessary. I had originally thought to put it in trades, but I wasn't sure about that either Lol.


Hey guys, I have a few N3DS (and one O3DS) consoles with B9S just sitting around so i figured I would offer my services to install CFW for those of you who are impatient/ can't themselves. I'm willing to do it both locally and through post, though if local I prefer you to be present so you understand how to use/install hax. I'm located in Hampton Roads, VA if anyone is interested.

Just send me a PM and we can talk about what you need and compensation if applicable. I just feel like a lot of people would be thankful, and it would give me something to do with these consoles in a sense. I'll just be happy if I can get at least one person on 11.4/11.5 situated. It will make me feel better about having the means while so many others don't.

I disagree, I think it definitely belongs in buy/sell/trade, despite the fact that @Majickhat55's target audience is likely newbies that wouldn't have enough posts to access the trade board.

Exactly why I wasn't sure where to put it Lol. I didn't think it counted as a trade/sell either since I'm not asking for specific compensation; more like a case by case thing, hell if you're like my neighbor I'd do it for nothing Lol.

I remember back then when I wanted access to HBL because I updated to 11.4 to play legit Pokémon before I knew about the free possibility of CFW. All I knew about before was Sky3DS+ but I preferred to be legit at that moment.

Me too, I needed help by random people on the Internet sending me a Doodlebomb and afterwards, I was using HBL like a glad(!) madman.

Then, I thought to myself after the release of B9S, why not buying a second device on lower OFW for cheap and hack them both to play local multiplayer. The passion of hacking got me then.

So, I'd like to give something back to the community and offer the same service here in Germany (Hessia / Lower Saxony). Even if it would be unlikely that people contact us here because of distance. I don't know the demand or even the necessity of this, but I added other languages than English that I am fluent in to the TL;DR this post in case this would be a thing here in Europe.

I would definitely prefer the local (presence) way as well. Yet, through post would be an option, too. I got two N3DSXL with B9S. So, I could not hack an old device.

Never having thought about this, I appreciate your idea @Majickhat55 even if it is a lot different and more difficult than Doodlebomb was at that moment! I'd like to give it a try!

The only thing that concerns me is that you would need to wait 1 week to get all of this (re)transferred before sending it back (if through post) so this could lead to mistrust after a long time of "nothing happening" if you know what I mean.

That (and other things) is what I mean by a lot more difficult, but doable!

I am excited if there will be a demand for this (before the release of NTRboothax, haha). For the sake of hacking! [emoji4]

Well you don't HAVE to do a reverse system transfer if you don't want your NNID (or don't have one) you can just restore a NAND backup and you're good to go.

Ah yeah, but what about the transferred DSiWare? I am asking this because I did not need to retransfer without an NNID linked to my source device. But the DSiWare titles were transferred to the target device (and now still got the Exidia icon) and no longer are on my source device.

Oh yeah, well that's why you make sure they pay for the game. There is a whole list that works worth with DSiWarehax save injection and are only like $2-$8. Everytime you do one, you'll just have to buy a new game unless you want to make them wait and use the one you bought yourself over and over.
