Hey so I figured out how to use a yeah bot.
However, I have some concerns:

a) How long do I have to leave the program running for nintendo to find a pattern?
b) Would nintendo ban me from miiverse or ban my NNID all together?
c) Could nintendo ban my IP address? Could they make it so we can't connect to the internet at all?

I know that last question seems far-fetched, its my dad that wanted me to ask that last one.

Thanks!

For those curious, im using this method:

why don't you answer his question instead of bashing him?
She asked about the risks and I gave her my opinion on what one might be. (even though it sucked :p)
its not really about ego though...I wanted to know how they worked, so i dived in.
Eh, I guess if you see it as a programming challenge I can be more sympathetic to your cause :P
And I have to admit, Miiverse is a dump that deserves to be trashed with like-spam.

However, I have some concerns:

a) How long do I have to leave the program running for nintendo to find a pattern? Chances are high that the system will notice a pattern and ban the account. Although it will most likely be a Temp ban before a perma ban. Most systems are setup to notice these kinds of things.
b) Would nintendo ban me from miiverse or ban my NNID all together? Most bans with Nintendo start out with removing posts, then temp ban, followed by a perma ban for repeat offenders. Most of the time it's only from Miiverse, but I don't know how they handle bots.
c) Could nintendo ban my IP address? Could they make it so we can't connect to the internet at all? Nintendo won't ban your IP. That's how they loose customers and they aren't about loosing money. They will ban the account at worse, but allow you to make a new account because obviously money. They also can't legally disconnect you from your internet.

Bots come with a lot of risks and systems are setup to detect them. Even if you aren't effected at first, Nintendo will monitor your account until they conformable pattern.

I dont really care about how a bunch of children that i'll never even meet see me like.

My worry is that nintendo will find a pattern, ban me, and ban my IP for spamming them (well that's more what my dad's worried about, but its a valid worry.)

The most I think you would get is a Miiverse ban, but if you're worried about a ban you shouldn't do it, it's a pointless bot anyway.

Im worried about an IP ban. From what Crystal's told me, they legally cant ban my IP. Makes sense since its miiverse and not facebook that im messing around with.

Nintendo won't ban your IP because they don't want to loose your money. If they ban your IP, you can't get on the eShop, and that cost them potential money.
As well the Wii U can have several accounts, meaning banning your IP also bans their accounts.
Basically Nintendo will punish you with all the power they can do, but still allow you to spend money.

So worst case scenario the only ones affected are those that use nintendo stuff in this IP (my brother and I)

This wouldnt affect my mom or my dad?

Worst case, your Miiverse is banned and everyone else is fine. It's against Nintendo's best interest to go after their accounts.

So, with blaitent they will ban you. I don't think they should since the Code of Conduct, does not say you cannot do this.
