I don't think so, its not illegal to transfer a save from one Switch to the next.
not talking about being legal or not lol...
but i would guess nintendo would encrypt the saves peer console to prevent people switchting the serial and bam "saves that can't be transferred, are now easily transferable"

I think possibly the two files in the "save" folder, 8000000000000000 & 8000000000000124 can be decrypted to access game saves ;) the actual save files can be transferred from one switch to the next and would work fine.

Ok, I did try to upload saves to the online Zelda BOTW Save Editor: http://www.marcrobledo.com/savegame-editors/zelda-botw/

But unfortunately, it said they are unsupported save type :(
You would need to decypt the two files to access the actual original save folders but I would bet on the games being saved within those files.

Ok, but how would I decrypt them? Do you think those saves are for BOTW?

No I think all your game saves are saved within those two files. I'm sure there's a way to decrypt them. I might have this all wrong by the way I'm not saying I know 100% for sure.

I go to sleep and save transfers on switch happen, wtf is with these maniacs, not even a half year in and before nintendo gave us it, I know it's not a release to us but still, dam dude

Until we get to know how and technical details.. don't be excited
don't be excited that they somehow managed to in under a year be able to dump game files and transfer saves, be it something they only have or not
ya, no, your not gona be my buzzkill -.-

I'm not excited because they didn't bring it to the simple users, and even if it was fast no one can ensure that we will get things like that in this speed. Idk, seems nice but not that much

I don't know why Nintendo does not allow this in stock so great news for us.
Maybe cause people exploited save data for homebrew acces? Save editing?

(How funny would it be if Breath of the wild is the third zelda game with save game exploit, just like twilight princess on wii and ocarina of time on 3ds) :P

No, they can't. All saves are stored on the system's internal eMMC. Encryption keys also never leave the system. (The keys part was true with 3DS as well, which is why you couldn't move saves from 3DS SD cards to another system by simply copying the files over.)

The "save" directory you're seeing is for game data downloaded to the microSD card, not save files. For systems without any games downloaded to the microSD card, those are just blank index files the system created in preparation for downloading games to the microSD card. The Switch OS doesn't wipe them properly, either, so most of the data in those files is whatever was present on the SD card prior to the files being created.

Hackers can do that?

Its a small coded that works as a "Special Reboot switch" simply wans si launch the app does a patch on RAM that in case tour switch gets freeze/bootloop/etc.. With HOME + START + SELECT for 10 secs the switch goes to a "Menu Safe" off bricks...

Useless Troll is Useless Troll

Try harder next time

Well, telling from the photos, It could be the saves saved onto cartridge, and digital into System Memory, because like a 3DS, saves are on carts. Not entirely sure because I have 1 Switch console, not 2. Anyway it could be exciting to see BOTW and MK8D and Splatoon 2 save editors. I think personally the first homebrew should be the launcher and then save managers like JKSV, I wouldn't care if the save manager was in text mode or not.
