Gaming [Question]Ading games to titlekey database

Hey there. I have (maybe easy to answer) question. On title key database there is way of adding title id and decrypt title key. But where can I found it? I have .cia file, that is not on that website so can I somehow add it (get the title id and decrypt title key)? Hope it is clear what I mean and thanks for your answers.

Yes.
There are instructions on that title key website for getting the dectitlekeys.bin, however, in order to submit the game, I believe it has to be legitimately purchased.

Install the game on your 3ds
Open it (just to be sure)
Shutdown
Boot your3ds on decrypt9
Go to
Ticket/title key option
Titlekey dump sysnand (or emunand if you use it)
You must have a enctitlekeys.bin
Go to titlekey decrypt file
Choose enctitlekeys.bin and you will have dectitlekeys.bin

Now you can upload the dectitlekeys.bin, the game will be downloadable when the man who have this site add the encypted key

I haven't purchased it. I found someone's .3ds file and decrypted it and then made it to .cia. Now I want to "share" it via title key database.
