Homebrew Windows 95 on N3ds

I saw a video on youtube (this ) downloaded the image but it wont start/install. I get a blackscreen on topscreen and bottomscreen is just standard retroarch stuff

You might want to word your title as a question. We already have a Windows - on - 3DS thread. Last I checked it required the N3DS and you have to prepare the boot image on a computer as the emulator can't load any disks - such as OS installation media.
