So it is set like that and not working?

They need to be sd not H

Like @A Plus Ric said, it needs to be SD not H :P
ok will try it. stupid mistake to make. is this right.

ive created them with playlistBuddy but when i click on a game it doesnt load. wich makes me think this feature is not supported yet.
It's supported, can you show your playlist or part of it?

Edit: just saw your pic, the Playlist Settings section is wrong, the text box should be sd:/retroarch/downloads just like your h:\retroarch\downloads

You are pointing to your SNES folder twice.

make sure u have sd for rom location instead of H and on the core location. all that needed to be changed. at least in the lpl itself. I never used that playlist buddy lol i just create them myself :/ lol
this is whats the playlist buddy made with the settings i used on that picture

sd:/retroarch/downloads/Nintendo - Super Nintendo Entertainment System/Nintendo - Super Nintendo Entertainment System/ActRaiser (USA).sfc
ActRaiser (USA)

as long as the path is correct to the rom and the core u should be fine. So find the path to the rom and make sure it matches on the sd card as what is stated there. Its part of why i used the slower, manual method. lol

looks good just remove the "Nintendo - Super Nintendo Entertainment System" from the bottom path, it's not needed.
Does this look good from the lpl
