I know similar questions have been asked quite a few times, but I've done a lot of digging through loads of topics, and I am STILL kinda confused. I'm interested in installing games on my NAND/USB. The last method I had contact with was the wup installer for which you needed to have tickets, which, from what I remember, came only with games which had their physical releases. The thing is that I'd like to install games which appeared only in eshop and have never been released on a DVD e.g. pictoparty. I might be also interested in installation of different region games.
Which option should I go for: Mocha or Haxchi?

They both do what you need them to do mocha is free but requires you to have Internet access each time you use it and haxchi requires you to buy a legitimate ds game from the eshop but can be set up to cold boot every time you switch the wiiu on.

In other words - if I buy a DS game I'll have the opportunity to play offline, but if the scrooge nature of myself comes out and I decide to go for Mocha, I'll have to have Internet connection to play games? Apart from that they are an exact same thing? What in terms of stability?

Go for Haxchi with CBHC. It's really convenient. You boot your console and have everything working. You don't have to run the exploit every time you boot up your Wii U.

Guys, help needed - I've decided to go for Haxchi and I want to try it. After turning on the console, I click the Haxchi icon to execute haxchi and then I get back to the wii u menu. After that I click haxchi again, enter the wup installer and try to install an e-shop games. However, an error code 0xFFFBF442 occurs and info to Verify WUP files and that Eshop requires signature patching... I downloaded files through usb helper - the download went just fine, the haxchi installation went just fine, so I don't know what exactly is going on. BTW. I'm using WUP Y mod - the latest version. Help please :)

Does Haxchi automatically kick you out right back to the system menu? If not then you are not entering into a CFW. If you click Haxchi and it takes you to the HBL(HomeBrew Loader) then this is your problem. Simply using Haxchi to boot into HBL does not launch a CFW. If you did not touch your config file then it auto boots HBL and NOT CFW. Hold down b while launching Haxchi, this should kick you back to system menu, you are now in CFW. You can verify by going into settings and looking at your version number, it should say 99.99.99 when you are in Haxchi's CFW.
