Hardware I can't format my 64 gb sd card

hello im going to tell you quick my problem : I can't format my 64 sd card, I have somes problems with it so I want to format but its impossible, windows and fat32 formatter tell me its impossible to format it :

can you help please ?

Oh its useless to tell you I can't use my 3ds now, because im on b9s and I have to use an sd card

You just Need to load Godmode9.. Then unmount your Installed sd with R+B.... Then put your new SD in the device and format it under More in the main Menu... After format unmount again and pit the old one back in OR copy the stuff over to the new card and use it straight away... Greetz

I have tried your thing and im really stuck at the 11 step ( I don't see information about my sd card )

I have try to start to exporting my backup and all files in the sd card but its tell me somes words (I speak french and I don't understand so look :l )

with google translate its :

Best I can guess from translate is a delayed write error. I would try using another PC. Could be w/r issue with the one you're using.

you should find someone that has a bit more clue doing stuff like this .. Don´t want to offend you but.. As it seems you already killed your DS and you are not able to format a SD Card it might be wiser
to ask one of your friends that has a bit more clue to give you a hand. Sorry Dude.

I have try with my 16 gb sd card and its work, my 3ds start, the problem are really my 64 gb card I try to fix..
